Admission Procedure

Admission is quick and supportive, with 24/7 availability for emergencies and advance coordination for planned cases.

  • Emergency Admission: Direct to Casualty/Emergency Dept for immediate triage, registration, and stabilization (no prior appointment needed)
  • Planned Admission: Via OPD consultation, referral, or specialist booking — pre-admission counseling and bed reservation available
  • Required Documents: Aadhaar/ID proof, insurance/policy card, referral letter (if any), previous reports/discharge summaries, recent test results
  • Registration & Consent: Front office registration, medical history recording, consent forms, initial nursing assessment
  • Bed Allocation: General ward, semi-private, private, deluxe, ICU/NICU based on need and availability
  • Insurance/Cashless: Pre-authorization support from our TPA desk for empanelled insurers
  • Initial Care: Physician orders, orientation to ward, belongings safekeeping, family updates

Discharge Procedure

Discharge is planned collaboratively to ensure patient safety, with final checks, summaries, and follow-up instructions.

  • Physician Discharge Order: Written approval from treating doctor confirming medical fitness
  • Final Assessment & Billing: Nursing/pharmacy clearance, return of unused medications, bill generation (cashless settlement or reimbursement guidance)
  • Discharge Summary: Detailed report with diagnosis, treatment given, medications, diet advice, activity restrictions, and follow-up plan
  • Payment & Clearance: Settle dues (if applicable), collect receipts, hand over belongings and reports
  • Post-Discharge Support: Prescriptions, physiotherapy/rehab referrals, counseling, helpline for queries, and scheduled OPD follow-up
