years of compassionate service
Founded on the vision of Jean Pierre Médaille in 1650, the Congregation of the Sisters of St. Joseph was established to serve the sick, orphans, and those affected by war and plague. In 1849, four pioneering Sisters arrived in India, bringing courage and dedication to respond to the call of service.
